Shipping your Order

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. .
Delivery costs include packaging, handling and transportation. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the freight for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Delivery Deadlines

• Delivery times start from the day you place the order, until our delivery agent makes the first delivery attempt.
  Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included. For example a madika order placed Monday in Douala, will arrive Tuesday at the latest of the same week. The same order placed Friday, will arrive the same day or at the latest Monday.
