Garri golden vita, commonly known as Sauveur or tapioca, is produced from cassava produced in our fields. Very good, no root, it is mainly rich in fiber and vitamins, and marginally protein and vitamin. Hence its calorific distribution: carbohydrate-80 g; fibre-48 g; protein-1.1 g; calcium-40 mg; iron-1.5 g; kilocalories-330 g.
Its high starch content makes it an essentially energetic food, which can last the day.
