MAJUNGA (designation of origin Cameroonian trademark OAPI) is a wine from the region of Alentejo in Portugal. This beautiful land blends tranquillity and greatness. The vast fields, vineyards, olive trees and whitewashed houses in the villages make this place unique. Thus, this wine reflects the essence of this Region. As a result, the hand-picked fruits are sorted and completely destemmed on arrival at the winery and prolonged maceration. Fermentation occurs at 25ºC for 8 days.
